3. Product Handling

• We recommend that customers refrigerate chocolates for at least 30 minutes before consumption, as they contain cocoa butter and milk solids that may melt at room temperature in India.

4. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

• Exchanges and refunds are not entertained.

• If you think you have received a product that is damaged or unfit for consumption, we urge customers to record a video while unboxing their order.

• The unboxing video must clearly show the damaged or unfit product.

• The video should be sent to our official email ID for review.

• If the claim is found valid, Snacolet.com will provide a replacement for the affected product.

5. Payment Terms

• Payments can only be made through the payment gateway provided on our website.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

• All transactions must be completed successfully before order processing.
